Originally from Belgium, Quentin Desmit is a multi-faceted UAE-based artist who communicates through vivid colors and expressive curves, bypassing conventional words.

As a teenager, he attended the William Morris Academy where he studied Fine Arts and Photography before getting a degree in Interior and Spatial Design at the prestigious Chelsea College of Art and Design in London.

Quentin made Dubai his home in 2012, a vibrant city that has impacted his visual identity by linking his love for modern architecture with his know-how in Fine Arts. Captivated by Arabic calligraphy, Quentin’s sculptures convey this calligraphic essence, inviting the viewers to sense their rhythm.
